An encounter is underway between security forces and militants in Keshwan, a region within Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir. According to a recent update from the Kishtwar Police on social media, the confrontation began earlier today, with reports indicating that three to four terrorists are believed to be trapped in the area.
Initial police statement suggests that this group of militants is the same faction responsible for the recent, killing of two VDGs.
